As a Toronto Master Gardener since 2008, Maureen enjoys speaking to community groups to share her love of the always-fascinating world of plants. She ran Down to Earth Gardens & Design in Toronto for 12 years, installing unique plant-focussed design for clients. Her own garden on Taylor Creek ravine in east Toronto helped foster her particular interest in trees, pruning, plant identification and native plants. Currently, Maureen is the Assistant Past Coordinator of the Toronto Master Gardeners.
