Climate Crisis: What Gardeners Need To Know & What We Can Do

About Martha Kantorczyk

Martha, a member of the Mississauga Master Gardeners, has been passionate about container gardening, both the edible and ornamental, for the past dozen years or more. Her Mediterranean inspired, container filled patio won an award from Mississauga Blooms. She is the chief designer of the containers that adorn Riverwood Conservatory’s Chappell House gardens in Mississauga. In recent years, Martha has given many presentations and workshops on container gardening to local garden clubs, horticultural societies and public libraries. Her interests don’t just lie with containers though as she is currently focusing on how our changing climate will affect gardening practices today and into the future.
