Kokedama Make and Take

With: Trudy Grantham

What is a Kokedama?

It is a form of Japanese garden art that is centuries old. A moss ball is fixed to a platform or suspended from string with the plant growing out from the sphere and the growing plant becomes the focal point.

Enjoy creating your very own garden art and take it home. A demo, followed by hands on help from your instructor will help you through the process. Easy to to, lovely to enjoy and lots of fun to make!

Materials will be supplied and it is easy to do! Note: Instructions will make it easy for you to do at home

Fee is $65.00 and includes instruction, all materials needed to make your own kokedama, and take home with you, and entrance into Canada Blooms and the National Home Show. Floral arrangement may differ from those shown depending on available materials.

Workshop will be held at the Gardening Workshop Experience Area G36 (Hall G). Stop by Salon 107 for directions to the Workshop Area about 1/2 hour before your session.

NOTE: If you are doing multiple workshops, please contact Lisa Pascoe at Head Office at 416-447-8655 x 7721 or to see if there are any discounts available.
