Fairy Garden Make & Take

With: Heinke Thiessen & Judy Zinni

A current gardening trend is Fairy Gardening. The basic idea here is gardening in miniature. Whether or not attracting actual Fairies to the garden is the objective depends largely on the participants. This is certainly a fun angle when gardening with young children to stimulate their interest.

Enjoy creating your very own fairy garden and take it home. Get hands on help from your instructor that will help you through the process. Easy to to, lovely to enjoy and lots of fun to make!

Materials will be supplied and it is easy to do!

Fee is $75.00 and includes instruction, all materials needed to make your own fairy garden (including your own fairy or gnome), and take home with you, and entrance into Canada Blooms and the National Home Show.

Note: Final garden will depend on materials available and may not look like picture.

Workshop will be held at the Gardening Workshop Experience Area G30 (Hall G). Stop by Salon 107 for directions to the Workshop Area about 1/2 hour before your session.

Finished Fairy Gardens can be left at the Festival Office, Salon 107, while you look around the festival after your workshop.

NOTE: If you are doing multiple workshops, please contact Lisa Pascoe at Head Office at 416-447-8655 x 7721 or to see if there are any discounts available.

Space is limited.
