About Marsha Gettas

Marsha operates “Marsha Gettas Design” for consultation advice, garden planning and garden renewals.  Her award winning gardens have been featured on "Thorough the Garden Gate", the Toronto Botanical Garden Tour, as well as the Etobicoke Horticultural Society Tour, the Ontario Rock Garden and Hardy Plant Society Tour, and Toronto Open Gardens.  In 2011, she was awarded the “Best use of Plant Material” in the Toronto West District Garden contest.  In 2014, she designed the Outdoor Classroom and Butterfly Garden for Robert Hornell Junior School.  Marsha has been a member of the Etobicoke Master Gardeners for 13 years, and enjoys lecturing on garden design as well as topics such as low maintenance gardening, edibles, roses, tropical plants and urban shade gardening.
