Margaret Taylor is a floral design judge, a horticultural judge and a rose judge. She is a member of the Garden Club of Toronto where she has served as President and chaired many committees. Her two passions are floral design and education. She has the Gold Cup twice at Canada Blooms and has been runner up twice. She has won the Barbara Laking Award at the Garden Clubs of Ontario show which qualified her to represent Canada by doing the Honorary Exhibit for Canada at Wafa (Boston). Margaret has exhibited, judged, demonstrated and taught in Canada and internationally. She is the Coordinator of Floral Design studies at the Toronto Botanical Garden, a program which she implemented and she organizes a curriculum of courses which lead to a certificate and an advanced certificate in floral design. She is also a teacher of sogetsu ikebana and holds private and group lessons.
